Je Joue Appoints New Managing Director, Head of US Sales

LONDON —  U.K.-based pleasure products company Je Joue has announced the recent addition of John Gorman as managing director and Ian Kulp as the company's U.S. head of sales.

Gorman joined Je Joue in October and took over as managing director from current general manager Dan Jackson, who will step down to move into a new industry.

Gorman, a rep noted, “brings vast international experience to the company and has had an illustrious career in a variety of luxury consumer goods, including lingerie and Swiss watches.”

“When I came across Je Joue, I was delighted to see such a beautiful brand with extremely well designed products,” Gorman enthused. “Having worked with a variety of luxury goods, I have a great  appreciation of what it takes to help grow this kind of brand and am excited for the years ahead with Je Joue — we have some exciting new products on the horizon.”

One of Gorman’s first decisions was to hire a new head of U.S. sales, Ian Kulp.

“It has been hard for Je Joue not having representation in the U.S. over the last two years with the various travel restrictions that have been in place,” he noted. “Ian has come highly recommended by a number of our customers and we’re extremely excited to have him on board. It has been over six years since Je Joue has had US based representation, so we’re looking forward to being more in touch with our customers and able to service their needs more readily.”

The New York-based Kulp brings senior experience from both the retail and manufacturing side of the adult industry.

“I’m extremely excited to have this opportunity with Je Joue as have always admired the quality of their products and beautiful branding,” Kulp remarked. “We’re very aligned in terms of company strategy and brand messaging and I can’t wait to see what the next few years bring.”

Both Gorman and Kulp will be attending the ANME/XBIZ Show, along with Marketing Manager Sienna Halliburton. They will be taking meetings at booth No. 103 in the City Ballroom, which can be pre-scheduled with Kulp via email at ian@jejoue.com.
