Adult Time Celebrates 36 Noms From 2022 XBIZ Awards

MONTREAL — Adult Time is celebrating a total of 36 nominations from the 2022 XBIZ Awards, including a combined 15 noms for "Sweet, Sweet Sallie Mae" and "Casey: A True Story."

"Sallie Mae" was cited for "Feature Movie of the Year" and "All-Girl Movie of the Year" as well as “Best Lead Acting" (Ana Foxxx), “Best All-Girl Sex Scene” (Foxxx and Scarlit Scandal), “Best Screenplay,” “Best Cinematography,” “Best Editing” and “Best Art Direction."

“Casey: A True Story,” Casey Kisses’s autobiographical "coming of identity" story, received seven nominations, among them "Feature Movie of the Year," "Best Acting" (Dante Colle), “Best Supporting Acting" (Kisses) and “Best Feature Sex Scene" (Kira Noir and Charles Dera) as well as "Best Screenplay," "Best Cinematography" and "Best Editing."

Pure Taboo dystopian drama "Future Darkly: Pandemic" earned four nominations: "Best Feature Sex Scene (Scarlit Scandal and Jake Adams), "Best Cinematography", "Best Editing" and "Best Art Direction."

Adult Time was also given nods for "Studio of the Year" and "Paysite of the Year," and the company’s CCO Bree Mills was nommed for "Director of the Year," "Director of the Year — Gay" and "Director of the Year — Trans," the first time in XBIZ history a helmer was simultaneously cited in all three categories.

"I am proud to see the hard work of so many of our creators, along with our talented Adult Time staff, being recognized this year for our projects,” Adult Time CCO Bree Mills said.  “Thank you to XBIZ for always supporting our vision to do porn differently."

The 2022 XBIZ Awards will crown the best-of-the-best in adult Sunday, Jan. 9 at the historic Hollywood Palladium. Voting is now underway; click here for a full list of nominees.
