COLORADO — Raven Faber, founder and CEO of "CannaSexTech" manufacturer EngErotics, has earned a "Progressive Leadership" nomination from the 2022 XBIZ Exec Awards, retail edition.
Nominees were selected based on several success factors including leadership, business acumen, community influence and overall career achievement as submitted by members of the adult industry via XBIZ.net.

“It is such an honor to be nominated for my very first XBIZ retail Exec Award.The news came as quite a surprise — I knew that the nomination period had taken place, but I've been so focused on scaling EngErotics that I didn't think much of it,” Faber said.
She continued, “I certainly didn't nominate myself, so it is a real treat, and very humbling, to know that my industry peers believe me to be worthy of such a beautiful nomination. Thank you to XBIZ, and the industry members who nominated me in this category."
EngErotics, short for "engineered erotics," is a Black-owned, woman-owned manufacturer of body-safe intimacy devices and CBD-infused intimate body care products.
"Applying the core fundamentals of engineering and design, EngErotics aims to deliver premium-quality innovations, outstanding product efficacy and a remarkable user experience," noted a rep. "Raven's journey in the sexual wellness space began 14 years ago in direct sales, while she simultaneously attended grad school to obtain a Masters in Civil Engineering. Throughout her tenure in intimate wellness product sales, she acquired sexual health education, customer care skills and end-user safety insights which ultimately played a role in the company’s inception in 2016."
The "Progressive Leadership" nomination is Faber's first personal recognition; EngErotics’ Oh!Nectar Massage Oil was nominated for "Sex Enhancement Product of the Year" at the 2021 XBIZ Awards. Additionally, Oh!Nectar won the award for "Best CBD Topical" at the 2020 USA CBD Expo.
The company's product lineup features eight products, including intimacy devices and CBD-infused intimate body care items, and is currently sold in more then 50 locations in the U.S.

The XBIZ Exec Awards will be presented as part of the annual XBIZ Honors ceremonies, with the online industry edition hosted on Jan. 5 in conjunction with the XBIZ L.A. conference and the retail edition on Jan. 11 during the ANME/XBIZ Show.
