VALENCIA, Calif. — Girlfriends Films (GFF) is celebrating its 2021 XRCO Awards nominations, including "Best Girl/Girl Series" for "Cheer Squad Sleepovers" and "Women Seeking Women."
GFF contract star Serene Siren has been nominated in the category of “Girl/Girl Performer of the Year” and “Alien Rhapsody" — which was written and directed by Siren — generated a “Best Actress” nomination for the film’s star, Lacy Lennon.
Stars familiar to GFF fans who earned nods for “Girl/Girl Performer of the Year” include Spencer Bradley, Jada Kai, Ember Snow and Charlotte Stokely; “MILF of the Year" nominees include Syren De Mer, Reagan Foxx and Dee Williams.
"We're super-stoked for the XRCO Awards this year,” GFF President Moose said. “Congratulations to our producers, directors and crew, and all our talented cast members. Big congrats to Serene, and kudos also to Lacy."
"Shout-out to XRCO; we are truly thankful for the noms," he added.
Siren tweeted her excitement about the nominations.
“Congratulations everyone,” she wrote. “How very cool to see Lacy still getting credit for her kickass job in ‘Alien Rhapsody.’ She really blew us all away. I am so very appreciative of being nominated as 'Best Girl/Girl Performer.'"
