MONTREAL — Sofia Sanders lands the cover spotlight of "My TS Stepmom 4" for TransSensual and twice-crowned "Trans Director of the Year" Ricky Greenwood.

Melanie Brooks, Ariel Demure, Jamie French and Izzy Wilde fill out the cast with Johnny B, Chris Damned, Victoria Voxxx and reigning XBIZ "Performer of the Year" Dante Colle.
