LOS ANGELES — Penthouse will feature two covers for the first time in its publishing history with the July/August 2021 issue featuring July Pet of the Month Sky Wonderland on one side, and August Pet of the Month Cherie Noel on the other.
The magazine also features an interview with actor and entrepreneur Danny Trejo, a showcase of the top models of ManyVids and several pictorials.
“This installment is appropriately titled ‘The Badass Issue’ and will have readers seeing double when they discover they can flip the magazine around and upside down to find two distinct covers,” said a rep.
Noel’s August Pet layout was shot by Tina Lou, and Wonderland’s July Pet layout was shot by Gerald De Behr.
“I love it," Wonderland enthused. "It is so beautiful. I’ve always wanted to shoot for Penthouse, and to see myself on the cover — this is wonderful. It’s a dream come true.”
Noel explained she has dreamt of becoming Pet of the Month for years.
“I actually shot for Penthouse Australia in 2019,” she said, “So I was really excited to work with Penthouse in America, especially since I'm American. I had so much fun. The whole team, everybody, was so amazing. I truly feel I'm living my dream job at this moment.”
The July/August is "groundbreaking and guaranteed to become a collector's edition," Penthouse Director of Pet Projects Sam Phillips said.
"It's the first time we've ever done two front covers in one issue, featuring gorgeous top models on both sides of the magazine," noted Phillips. "You're going to have to grab yourself a copy, flip it around and upside-down to understand."
“Every model has a unique journey that brings them to the pages of Penthouse,” Phillips continued. “With July's Sky Wonderland, August's Cherie Noel, 'Social Premier' Juju Bianchi, 'Cyber Cutie' Tiffany Greyson, plus a variety of the top ManyVids girls in this issue, we truly cover the gamut of gorgeous models in various glamorous locations.”
Penthouse COO Moose weighed in on the first-ever dual covers.
