Adult Time Releases Animated Pilot for Bambi Fontaine's 'Midnight Stories'

MONTREAL — Adult Time is delving into the fantasy world of bedtime tales with today's debut of the pilot episode for the original adult animated series "Midnight Stories" from French director, illustrator and comics artist Bambi Fontaine.

"Midnight Stories" was co-produced with 2D animation studio Bobbypills.

"As a woman drawing porn comics in France for years, Bambi has a strong vision of what topics and themes she wants to tackle, with a sensual art style that’s reminiscent of ‘60s and ‘70s pop graphic art. The most explicit sexual encounters are presented as gorgeous animated illustrations, with emphasis on the fantasy aspect of each taboo story," a rep explained.

The artist "expertly uses the advantages of animation," noted the rep, "to offer a cohesive, cooler-than-cool look while exploring different genres and themes: in a movie theater, 16th-Century France, the Wild West with big guns blazing — even in outer space — treating viewers to a new take on sex representation that’s erotic, tasteful and goes where live-action series cannot."

Fontaine said that being "a storyteller of sex stories" is a field of exploration for her erotic imagination.

It is "a unique opportunity to share certain obsessions and mental images which, carried by my drawings, come to life in a very personal, almost indiscreet form,” Fontaine said. “It’s an invitation into the privacy of my little pornography.”

The pilot of "Bambi Fontaine's Midnight Stories" is available at MidnightStories.com and on Adult Time.

In related news, the streaming service has partnered with Bobbypills.com to distribute "Peepoodo & The Super Fuck Friends," which "boldly explores sexuality in all of its forms without taboos that is unrestrained and ignores prejudices — culminating into one single message: tolerance," the rep said.
