MIAMI — Industry attorney Corey D. Silverstein will be part of two panels of experts for the virtual XBIZ Miami presentation “Brand Protection: DMCA, Model Release Forms and Copyright Issues” Tuesday at 12 p.m. (PDT) followed, at 1 p.m., by "Legal Outlook: A Mid-Year Review."

It has been another wild year, and the legal implications for those operating in the adult entertainment industry remain a minefield,” Silverstein said. “I will be aiming to share as much information as I can during both seminars for the benefit of all attendees.”
