LOS ANGELES — Maitland Ward is celebrating her 2021 XCritic Award as "Best Actress" for her critically acclaimed role in Deeper's "Muse."
Ward's performance also brought her the 2021 XBIZ Award for "Best Acting — Lead," her second consecutive win in the category.
"The gorgeous flame-haired film star was lauded for her riveting onscreen role as a professor who challenges her students in an eye-popping class assignment," a rep enthused. "XCritic reviewer Don Juan DeMarko hailed Ward as 'the essence of sexuality... as this ageless beauty refines her femininity in her prime and within ours and her glorious world of XXX.'"
Ward expressed gratitude for the honor.
"Thanks so much to the XCritic reviewers who voted for me, and for 'Muse,' which also won two awards for 'Best Feature' and 'Best Director — Feature' to honor Kayden Kross’ mind-blowing creativity," she said.
