LONDON — Performer and director Tina Kay has parted ways with Harmony Films, for whom she helmed eight critically acclaimed features over the past several years, and is pursuing new ventures.
Kay is the 2020 XBIZ Awards winner for "Foreign Female Performer of the Year."
"I'm grateful for the opportunity to showcase my creative talents in a production field behind the camera, while gaining further experience for the next step of my career," she told XBIZ. "I'm extremely excited for the next prosperous phase of my career — ambitious plans ahead!"
In related news, Kay toplines the recent VR Bangers fantasy "The Peacemaker" and a new glamcore scene for MixedX.
In October, she paired with XBIZ on an insider's review of the new Channel 4 drama "Adult Material," based on the U.K. adult production scene. The series, which she reviewed negatively, will premiere on HBO Max in the U.S.
