LOS ANGELES — Flirt4Free has announced its top cam stars for 2020 with Eva Sin winning "Miss Flirt of the Year," while Paul Morisette has claimed the title of "Mr. Flirt of the Year."
Sin marks a threepeat with her win and "the continuation of a cam dynasty," noted a platform rep.
"'Flirt of the Year' is such an honor,” Sin enthused. "I'm blessed with the support of the most amazing fans, and a cam site that appreciates what I do. I want to say thank you to all for my beautiful awards."
From October 1 through December 31, 2020, "some of the web’s best models" logged in to Flirt4Free to compete for their share of a prize pool that exceeded $300,000, a rep explained. "The event is divided into several sub-contests that grade a model’s year on overall performance, their rank within a specific region or level of experience, or within categories that match their strengths. Payouts in these categories range from $50 to $2,000. Among the most prestigious is the 'Overall' competition, which is judged based on year-long credits earned."
The "crown jewel" of the event is the Viewer's Choice competition, wherein fans cast free votes or purchased “Super Votes” to elect their favorites. In past years, the largest prizes went to the overall winners in this contest. However, the platform added a twist for 2021.
"We broke down some of the biggest Viewer’s Choice prizes into seven two-week-long rounds,” Director of Product Jamie Rodriguez explained. “In each round, the prizes got bigger, but the number of winning places shrank."
The results were based purely on two weeks of voting. According to Rodriguez, this gave more models the chance to participate, kept a wider range of fans engaged throughout the promo and still awarded those models who ground it out for all three "Flirt of the Year" months.
Flirt4Free also bestowed royal titles to the models with the highest vote totals by December 31, with "South American breakout star" Mia Smiths winning "Queen of Flirts."
Morisette, a top BelAmi stud, earned the title of "King of Flirts" to pair with his "Mr. Flirt of the Year" crown.
"What an incredible honor after such a crazy year," he exclaimed. "Special thanks to my biggest fans, other supporters, BelAmi and Flirt4Free for all their support."
Rodriguez praised all of the Flirt4Free performers.
"It's hard to put into words how thankful we are to our performers for what they did in this strange, hectic year,” Rodriguez said. "With so many fans stuck at home and going online, they really stepped up their games, bringing entertainment and companionship to many, while also turning 2020 into a success for our brand."
