LUGANO, Switzerland — The Swiss art collective known as The Benefit Monkey has released "This is Budapest," its first co-production with Cherry Kiss, who took on three roles with the feature as performer, producer and director.
Costars include Amirah Adara, Alyssa Reece and Alya Stark.
"We love working with Cherry. She is the one of the top performers in the business and she’s actually a very good director, too," a spokesperson for Benefit Monket said. "This month we will launch the first scene we produced together. The feature will be divided into four scenes."
Kiss enthused about her experience wearing multiple hats on the production.
"It was great directing this project. I really enjoyed it," she said. "We took inspiration from the '80s for the style and we used color palette that will make you feel like you’re watching a Polaroid brought to life."
