LOS ANGELES — Adam & Eve Pictures is celebrating a 2021 XBIZ Awards nomination in the category of "Best All-Girl Sex Scene" for Abigail Mac and Charlotte Stokely's tryst in "Lola & Maxie Get Off."
“We are so proud of both Abigail and Charlotte in this film. They truly brought their A-game, as did the rest of the cast and crew,” Executive Producer Rachel Vigneaux said. “I speak for everyone at Adam & Eve Pictures when I say 'thank you' to the incredible people at XBIZ who have honored us for this film. It’s a pleasure to be nominated among so many other wonderful films.”
The leading ladies play the titular characters who are "two of the hottest dancers at the local strip club," a rep said. "Both are accused of killing their husbands Jack (Jay Smooth) and Joe (Calvin Hardy) and are desperate to do anything, and anyone, to get out. When they discover that the circumstances of their husbands' murders give them perfect alibis, they lay it all on the line. Can Lola and Maxie get it on — to get off?"
Director Skye Blue praised their colleagues.
“This was one of my favorites films to shoot, and it shows,” they said. "Everything clicked between everyone on set, and it made for an undeniable picture that people can’t get enough of. I’m ecstatic that we’ve received this nomination, and I have to thank the cast, crew,and Adam & Eve Pictures for getting us here."
