BelAmi Unveils 'Intuitive, Sexy' Membership Site Upgrade

PRAGUE — BelAmiOnline.com has announced its first major revamp in over five years with increased functionality described as "a cross between YouTube and Netflix."

BelAmi was among the first major studios with a full membership site in the late 1990s, a rep said. The all-male studio "has always been on the forefront of web design and functionality."

"With their latest update to the award-winning megasite, they prove that they are still ahead of the curve," added the rep.

The "modern, intuitive and all-around sexy" redesign improves searches for movies, stars and scenes using a wide variety of parameters; further, the "traditional nav bar" has been replaced with "a vertical navigation that gives users the ability to [explore] the site like never before," explained the rep. "The new experience also incorporates recommended clips on the player page that learns users' viewing habits and customizes results based on their behaviors. BelAmiOnline has also added tags so users can tag clips however they want, making it easier to manage their favorites once inside the members area."

The studio has also launched a "dark mode" option for members to mark its Black Friday sales promotions.

"BelAmi has taken their membership experience to the next level with this streamlined and stunning new site," the rep concluded. "Thus far, members in our forum have raved about the changes and we expect to continue to see even higher conversions and retention with the all-new BelAmiOnline."

A "Black Friday Blowout" runs through Cyber Monday and includes a 40% discount on all memberships and three free movie downloads, among other offerings.

Explore BelAmiOnline.com and follow the studio on Twitter for the latest updates.
