Xgen Products Celebrates 2021 XBIZ Exec Awards Nomination

HORSHAM, Penn. — Xgen Products is celebrating its first nomination of the upcoming awards season with the news that Andy Green, president of Xgen, is among the contenders for the 2021 XBIZ Exec Award as Businessman of the Year.

"In dealing with everything that has come along with the COVID-19 global pandemic this year, Andy Green has kept Xgen Products at the forefront of the industry," noted a rep. "In late March, when it became apparent that things were going to get worse, Xgen retooled and did what was necessary to streamline the business. The focus turned to the internet retailer customers who were quickly gaining business as brick-and-mortar stores closed. The warehouse crew came together and allowed Xgen to keep shipping without missing a single day throughout it all. Xgen’s factory partners have kept goods flowing and they still have one of the highest fill rates in the industry."

Green offered praise for his team.

"My sales crew is the best in the business," he said. "They worked from home and continued to reach out and check in with their customers to see how we could help, whether it be delaying shipments, placing new orders, or giving extended terms, we are always willing to work with our customers for a net positive outcome."

The 2021 XBIZ Exec Awards, sponsored by Satisfyer, will be presented in January as part of the debut virtual edition of the XBIZ Honors ceremony. Voting is underway on XBIZ.net and continues through Wednesday, November 25.
