XBIZ Berlin Full Event Schedule Released

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is pleased to release the full event schedule for next week's virtual XBIZ Berlin show, presented by Chaturbate.

The premier European event returns Oct. 19-22 with a focus on the region’s adult entertainment market, boasting interactive networking, wide-ranging discussion panels and special events.

The full schedule, which is based on Central European Time, can be viewed here.

Kicking off Monday, October 19, XBIZ Berlin will get underway with sponsor and attendee arrivals and event registration sponsored by Jacquie et Michel, along with the opening of the Virtual Business Lounge, which will provide attendees access to the digital version of a trade show’s “main floor,” where they can connect and video-chat with one another and meet with participating brand representatives.

Afterward, a welcome reception will explain how to make the most of XBIZ Berlin's educational and business-networking lineup.

The educational track of the conference, sponsored by Your Paysite Partner, will begin with “Paysites in Focus: How Europe’s COVID Lockdown Is Shaping Today’s Market,” which will explore how the COVID pandemic has affected demand for premium content, along with a look at current trends in traffic conversions and member retention.

Next up, “Indie Talent: Cams, Clips & Premium Social Spell Success for European Models,” will reveal how content creators and streamers are using a knockout combination of camming, custom clips and premium social media to tease audiences and cultivate fans across Europe and beyond.

“Tuning Traffic for Peak Performance: Inside Tips for Advertisers, Publishers,” will detail innovative ways of acquiring visitors and converting them into customers using privacy-safe strategies; and “State of Content Production: A European Perspective,” will delve into the latest challenges affecting content production across the region.

Wrapping up the first day, TrafficPartner will present the XBIZ Berlin Virtual Oktoberfest, hosted by “The Captain” himself, Andy Wullmer. This special happy hour will provide a casual and relaxing networking opportunity, where attendees are encouraged to stock up on a supply of their favorite beer, pretzels and Oktoberfest treats and then join in on the fun and fellowship of this popular German tradition.

Tuesday’s educational track will get underway with “Performer Testing in a COVID Age,” which will look at the latest testing protocols in Europe and its effect on the talent and production community.

Shifting gears to provide some much-needed empowerment to industry members, Pineapple Support will host a special self-care workshop focusing on personal financial wellbeing and its impact on mental health.

Next up, “Performers of the Year in Perspective,” will feature an elite group of European stars to reveal how they rose from relative obscurity to become contenders for the prestigious “Performer of the Year” honors at the 2020 XBIZ Europa Awards.

This is followed by a pair of sponsored workshops, with PornHub presenting “Indie Profits: A Look at Pornhub’s Model Program,” a session on how performers can build and grow their independent business. Then, Falcon/NakedSword will present an inspiring look at “Gay Products: A Global Landscape Roundtable,” revealing the latest consumer and content trends shaping this vibrant market, with a special focus on unique opportunities in today’s European arena.

Capping off the second day, Segpay will present the event's virtual “Mix & Meet Market,” which will showcase the industry’s best services and solutions, as attendees connect with leading companies at virtual booths to learn more about their products.

Wednesday shifts into high gear with a Special Forum as the Free Speech Coalition hosts an interactive, community-driven discussion to examine the top issues facing the European and broader world markets, with an eye on identifying solutions.

The educational track will then pivot to “Talent Agencies: Elevating Representation in 2020,” examining how social media and movements have redefined the role of adult talent agencies.

Turning customers into cash is the theme of the next panel, “Billing 2020: Earning Consumer Trust While Pushing Payments,” offering a look at the unique challenges of e-billing across Europe, where credit card use is uncommon and evolving privacy regulations further complicate monetization.

Some of these privacy concerns will likewise be touched upon in the “Legal Panel: European Edition,” which will explore the latest regulatory issues that may affect adult businesses in the near future.

Closing out the day with an entertaining and upbeat special event, Segpay will host the inaugural “Virtual Lip Sync Battle,” providing an all-new Karaoke-inspired event that will bring out attendees' inner rock star for a competitive musical experience, with a grand prize given out to the ultimate winner.

Finally, Thursday evening the European adult industry will come together for the 2020 XBIZ Europa Awards — the adult industry's biggest night in Europe — with Keiran Lee taking center stage for the grand finale event, presented by Satisfyer and broadcast live on XBIZ.tv.
