LAS VEGAS — Alex Coal scores the cover of "Turning Twistys 4" with a nude acrobatic pose featuring Molly Stewart. The G/G title, marking Coal's Twistys debut, is now available in all formats.
"'Turning Twistys' is one of Twisty’s most popular series that pairs straight girls with experienced lesbians that 'turn' them. 'Turning Twistys 4' has Alex on the cover upside-down with her high-heeled legs in the air being tongued by Molly," a rep explained.

The cast includes Chloe Cherry, Piper Cox, Ashlee Juliet, Jade Kush, Karma Rx, Scarlit Scandal and Demi Sutra.
