MIAMI — Angelina Castro is featured in the new COVID-19-themed music video for the Spanish-language song “El Corona Virus” by rapper Kris M&M, where she plays a nurse.
Castro has been making inroads into mainstream for years, said a rep, “having been the first adult star to make a morning appearance on Telemundo and co-hosting popular talk show 'SOS (Sex or Sexy)' on Miratv.tv. In 2012 she made worldwide headlines as part of the #TeamBJ twitter sensation with Sara Jay, pledging to give followers oral sex if the Miami Heat won the NBA title. She also appeared on the Russell Brand show.”
About the "El Corona Virus" video, Castro wanted to send "much love to all of our first responders, nurses, doctors and hospitals. It's been a brutal few weeks of 'stay-at-home' orders and Miami is one of the hotspots. It was nice to have some lighthearted fun during these times of stress."
"2020 will always be the year of COVID-19,” she continued. “It has stopped so much of what we do for fun and entertainment. I had the opportunity to do something that hopefully makes people smile. So far the reaction has been great. It's important to have a sense of humor with all the depressing news on television and in our communities."
