LOS ANGELES — Everyone Deserves Sex Education (EDSE), the 25-hour sex-educator certification course, has pivoted to online training in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
The most recent course had been scheduled for April and was postponed; founder Anne Hodder-Shipp has now set EDSE for July 11-12 and 18-19, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The standard rate is $1495 per person; a $1545 "generosity rate" includes an additional $50 for a financial aid fund, explained Hodder-Shipp, "so those with monetary limitations can attend. Consider this only if you have the means."
