Lake Charles, Louisiana's Love Shack to Re-Open Monday

LAKE CHARLES, La. — The Love Shack retail outlet in Lake Charles, Louisiana has announced it will re-open Monday, May 11, following "stay-at-home orders" because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Love Shack will operate with limited hours: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m, seven days a week. Curbside pickup will be available within 15 minutes of placing an online order.

"We have provided hand sanitizing stations and gloves for our customers and employees at the door, and in the store," explained a representative. "All employees will wear masks; masks are available to customers as well, per Louisiana’s current guidelines. We are limited to only 10 people in-store at one time until at least May 15. All testers and demos are still available for customers to see but are currently placed behind the counter and will be sanitized regularly."

Curbside pickup "has done really well for us and we plan on keeping the service as an option for customers going forward in the future," the rep said. "We have also been able to maintain a presence with our customers, and gained new ones, through our social media platforms."

Love Shack is located at 808 N. Lakeshore Drive in Lake Charles. Call (337) 721-1515 for additional information.
