SAN FRANCISCO — Cam model Allie Awesome has kicked off Pineapple Support's "Addiction Month" coverage with a video detailing her recovery from alcoholism.
The 11-minute video is part of a series of stories and resources Pineapple Support will promote throughout March using the hashtag #AddictionMonth.
"I’m so honored that Pineapple Support asked me to create a video about my story for 'Addiction Month,'" said Awesome. "It wasn’t easy to make this video, but it was definitely important. The reason I’m sharing this other side of me is that I hope my experience will help others."
