LOS ANGELES — Mikaela Spielberg, the daughter of Kate Capshaw and Steven Spielberg, is making headlines for announcing her intention to enter the adult entertainment industry. She notes her parents were “intrigued” but “not upset” by her decision.
The younger Spielberg, 23, gave an interview that was published today by The Sun.
"I got really tired of not being able to capitalize on my body and frankly, I got really tired of being told to hate my body,” she explains. "And I also just got tired of working day-to-day in a way that wasn't satisfying my soul. I feel like doing this kind of work, I'm able to 'satisfy' other people, but that feels good because it's not in a way that makes me feel violated.”
The performer lives in Nashville, where she also hopes to feature dance, and intends to become financially independent from her parents.
"This is a positive, empowering choice," said Spielberg. "I realized there is no shame in having a fascination with this industry and wanting to do something that is safe, sane, consensual."
Her Instagram bio indicates that an OnlyFans profile has not yet been activated; an earlier Pornhub profile with several clips has apparently been taken down.
