HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. — Filmmaker Kay Brandt's romantic drama "Unfolding" for Adam & Eve is the top-selling adult release of 2019 for Adult Empire.
The feature stars Cherie DeVille, Seth Gamble and Small Hands with India Summer, Abella Danger and Codey Steele. It's based on the New York Times-bestselling novel by Selena Kitt.
"It’s very gratifying to see a movie touch a chord with fans and have them respond in the positive way that they have," Brandt enthused. "It just shows what a great collaborative effort we had from everyone involved from behind the camera to the talented performers and Selena’s unique story that we brought to life in this compelling film."
The movie stood atop the Adult Empire charts for 26 weeks.
"Unfolding" was nominated for a pair of 2020 XBIZ Awards — Best Actress and Actor in an Erotic-Themed Movie for DeVille and Gamble.
