LOS ANGELES — Maitland Ward has snagged three 2020 XBIZ Awards, including Crossover Star of the Year.
The mainstream actress-turned-adult performer also won Best Actress in a Feature Movie and Best Sex Scene in a Feature Movie for Kayden Kross's "Drive."
"What a year this has been, diving headfirst into the industry, signing an exclusive contract with the Vixen Media Group, making 'Drive,' award nominations and now three XBIZ wins," said Ward. "Kayden Kross is a gifted filmmaker, and I owe her a big thank you — as well as my winning scene co-stars Ivy Lebelle and Manuel Ferrara. And also — thank you to XBIZ!"
After roles on mainstream shows like "Boy Meets World" and films such as "White Chicks," Ward crossed over into adult in 2019.
"I’ve always had a curiosity with the adult film industry, and making the move into this amazing world has been an experience I can’t even begin to explain," she said. "I appreciate the fan response, the guidance from my co-stars, producers and directors and most definitely the awards! I’m definitely enjoying the ride."
