MONTREAL — Adult Time is celebrating its 8 wins at the XCritic Awards this week, five of which are for the critically acclaimed suspense thriller "Perspective."
Adult Time took home the trophy for Best New Studio, while coming-of-age drama "Teenage Lesbian" won Best Overall G/G Action DVD. Girlsway, Angela White and Kira Noir scored in the Best G/G Action Scene category for "Tough Critic."
"Perspective," a drama told from two opposing points of view, brought in awards for Best Feature Release, Best Actor (Seth Gamble), Best Actress (Angela White) and Best Director for a Feature (Bree Mills)
Mills also who also won the Special Recognition Award for Mainstream Crossover.
“We all knew from Day One of shooting that 'Perspective' was a special film, and I knew that Seth and Angela would take top acting honors in their fields… their performances were absolutely electric,” said Mills, who also serves as Adult Time’s Chief Creative Officer.
“Thank you to XCritic for the acknowledgement — we get excited when our movies get a coveted XCritic pick, so winning eight awards — this is obviously very exciting for the Adult Time team. We truly appreciate it.”
