2020 XBIZ Honors to Inaugurate 'Road to the XBIZ Awards'

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is pleased to announce that the 2020 edition of its January events series will feature two expanded award ceremonies named XBIZ Honors, with Online and Retail industry editions recognizing the year’s top XBIZ Exec Awards nominees and select categories from the flagship XBIZ Awards show.

This comes on the heels of a recent announcement revealing a new “Voices of Adult” program for the 2020 edition of the winter show.

“Over the years with the expansion of XBIZ Award categories that now cover just about every facet of adult, our ability to provide stage time to many tech and retail categories has become increasingly difficult,” said XBIZ Founder and Publisher Alec Helmy. “With the introduction of XBIZ Honors we now have the opportunity to not only recognize the top execs of the year but also present on stage many categories that have previously been left out of our flagship awards show.”

As part of the 2020 XBIZ Honors, the 8th edition of the XBIZ Exec Awards will once again recognize outstanding leadership and success across a diverse range of career fields, celebrating personal achievement and signifying the pinnacle of one’s profession by driving the industry’s most influential brands.

In addition, a range of Tech and Retail categories from the 2020 XBIZ Awards show will be presented during these ceremonies to honor the year’s most innovative products and brands.

The Online Industry edition of XBIZ Honors will take place on the evening of Tuesday, January 14, and the Retail edition on Wednesday, January 15.

The pre-nominations period for the 2020 XBIZ Execs Awards will run from Oct. 7-21 through XBIZ.net.
