Bella Vendetta to Manage Strip Club in Western Mass.

GREENFIELD, Mass. — Performer and producer Bella Vendetta has announced that she has officially accepted the position of manager at a new strip club opening in Western Massachusetts.

“The historic Club Castaway, aka ‘porn in the corn,’ or ‘The Whately Ballet’ as locals have affectionately nicknamed the club,” said a rep, "recently changed owners this past summer”

The newly rebranded Club Castaway, according to the rep, “will change formats and catch up with the times.”

To aid in this, the owners have brought on Bella Vendetta, who announced her retirement from dancing last year.

“The new version of the club will be unlike anything Western Mass has ever seen!” said Vendetta.

The new version of the club includes male dancers on Mondays, while Tuesdays will be a rotation of special queer-inclusive and body diverse events like Lesbian Nights, Trans Nights, Queer Nights, Burlesque and pole showcases.

Wednesday through Saturday, the club will have “the classic qualities of the Whately Ballet’s upscale strip club vibe with an emphasis on performances,” said the rep. “The club will also open on Sundays for the first time as a sports bar, complete with food trucks outside!”

“I want to get rid of the notion of dive bar and replace it with an image of a special getaway, a destination location,” said Vendetta. “What we are creating here is so special you won’t be able to find it in other places. It will be completely different from anything the other clubs in New England have going on.”

The club plans to reopen on October 29 with “Out of the Box,” a lesbian strip night with a “stud lesbian” from New York City as a feature dancer: Papi Dancebeast.

On Halloween Night, October 31 will be the grand reopening of the club with “Wicked Witches Bad Bitches,” Club Castaway’s Halloween bash, featuring a witch costume contest for the dancers with prizes sponsored by Adam & Eve adult shop in Greenfield, Massachusetts, and SelfServeToys.com.

The club is hiring entertainers, cocktail waitresses and bartenders. To apply email Vendetta at Bella@ClubCastaway.com.
