System Jo, Boneyard, Magic Silk Partner on 'Tour de Male'

System Jo, Boneyard, Magic Silk Partner on 'Tour de Male'

CYBERSPACE — Three companies — System Jo, Boneyard and Magic Silk — have teamed up for “Tour de Male,” an apparently first-of-its-kind roadshow focused solely on all-male products.

The tour will focus on the Southwest region of the country at the end of October. Company reps will offer in-store training to prepare associates for seasonal traffic and highlight new products and “surprises around the corner,” said a tour representative.

“We plan to keep it fun and show our appreciation for our dedicated sellers by providing product samples and assist with merchandising suggestions to increase their bottom line and overall basket size,” the rep said. “It’s a great opportunity for stores to beef up their men’s lines, a significant category that is enjoying a massive amount of growth and consumer interest.”

Product training will also focus on cross-sales opportunities and add-on potentials centered primarily on men’s lubrication, novelties and apparel.

"We are excited to try this new concept,” said tour rep JB. “It’s a win-win for stores, because they get the most current information about consumer trends within the male category, and they save on time and money — reducing labor hours significantly with the trifecta presentation.”

JB notes the “ROI of in-store trainings is “invaluable.”

“Being able to train on new products in person and provide one-one-one sales coaching is the reason why our industry is growing so fast,” they said. “And the educational element that we provide for our clients helps them when they speak with their customers, ensuring a relationship that will help keep a business growing for years to come.”

The Boneyard brand, introduced by Channel 1 Releasing in 2015, ranges from douches to dildos. Email sales@c1r.com for specifics.

System Jo’s flagship product, Jo Premium, premiered in 1999, while Bucked for Men is billed as "made by men, for men." Direct inquiries to JB@systemjo.com.

Male Power was established in 1974 and has grown into a global brand offering men’s underwear in an array of styles and colors. For more information, email ron@malepower.com.
