LOS ANGELES — Karma Rx is trumpeting four Pornhub Awards nominations in fan-voted categories, including Hottest Inked Model.
She is also among the contenders for Nicest Tits, Best Twitter and Best Instagram. Karma Rx is the reigning XBIZ Awards winner for Best New Starlet.
