LOS ANGELES — Pioneering trans-erotica site BobsTGirls.com is celebrating its milestone 20th anniversary with a weeklong spate of discounts and special features.
Bob Maverick picked up his camera in 1998 and founded his eponymous site one year later “for fun and a little extra cash,” he said. “I had no idea it would turn into BobsTGirls.com. I really had no idea that I would be doing it for 20 years. It still seems crazy — even to me. But here we are.”
BobsTGirls has become one of the longest-running trans websites in the industry — with over 770 models, 3500 photo sets and 1200 scenes, each of them shot by Maverick himself — and has earned the filmmaker a Lifetime Achievement laurel from the Transgender Erotica Awards.
“It’s been great fun,” Maverick explained. “Of course, I’ve been fortunate to find so many great models and fortunate to have the support of my membership. I hope my supporters will allow me to do this for years to come. Thank you all!”
