Vic Cipolla Pens Comic Memoir of Marriage to Dani Daniels

NEW YORK CITY — Vic Cipolla, the husband of adult biz A-lister and 2016 XBIZ Female Performer of the Year Dani Daniels, has released a memoir titled “Wait for the Corn: Lessons Learned From Being Married to a Porn Star.”

The title is available in paperback and as an Amazon Kindle download.

“The book took me about six months to write, and was a labor of love,” he said. “Writing about my wife came very easy to me. Dani is my best friend and the true love of my life, so writing about the things I have encountered in our marriage and stuff I learned from our friends in the industry just seemed to flow naturally. The worst part was editing!”

He described the tome as “a free flow of rants” on the adult industry, sex, marriage and relationships and “modern internet culture,” with chapter titles that include “Dick Pics Are Horrifying,” “No One Pays Attention,” “The Money Shot” and “Anal Prep,” which gives the book its its title.

The memoir soared up several Amazon bestseller charts in the hours following its publication, including the Love, Sex and Marriage category.

Cherie DeVille, Brandi Love, Eva Lovia, Phoenix Marie, Lauren Phillips and director JP provided blurbs for the back cover. "Before I published the book, I sent it out to some of our friends in the industry and was very surprised and delighted by the positive response," he said. "I appreciate their support and can't tell you how grateful I am for the acceptance this 'civilian' — the term adult stars use for people not in the industry — has received from everyone. I wrote this book to bring to light some facts, and myths, surrounding the industry I married into. I really hope that this makes you laugh a bit while opening your eyes to some realities. And, with any great luck, reduces the number of dick pics sent."

Cipolla and Daniels will make several joint promotional appearances to tout the memoir, starting with a stop in Albany on September 1.
