LOS ANGELES — Sanctuary LAX will host the Equus International Pony Play Event this weekend.
From Friday through Saturday, human ponies and their trainers are invited to Sanctuary LAX, with festivities continuing on Sunday at an outdoor park in Baldwin Hills.
A rep explained, "Pony play isn't just about human horses — pony lovers and trainers get to have fun, too. Events like EQUUS allow equestrians to stretch their fantasies by running courses, playing in the corral and competing for ribbons and awards."
Current sponsors include Bad Dragon, Stockroom, The Church of Sinvention, Sin in the City and Olde Armoury Leather. The event will include door prizes, refreshments and a vendor market area, and several workshops where attendees can learn more about leather care, harnesses and training techniques.
