ZALO USA Featured in Daily Mail Article

CHICAGO — ZALO USA is featured in a DailyMail.co.uk article for its newly introduced app that counts calories burned during masturbation.

The article highlights the app’s unique feature and gathers feedback from professionals. According to the article, ZALO USA conducted its own study of 218 women, which found that they burned six calories every minute.

The calorie-counting calculation feature on ZALO’s app monitors the duration, as well as which setting of vibration women choose to use. The higher the vibrations, the higher a woman's heart rate — which means she will burn more calories.  According ZALO’s calculations, if a woman masturbates three times a week for 10 minutes, they could burn 90 calories.

The app, which can be downloaded for free, can be connected to three of ZALO vibrators through Bluetooth. The app also monitors how loud women are while masturbating and automatically shuts off when it senses the vibrations are over.

The app's in-built happiness recorder can be used to analyze the decibels of “sexual vocalization” made per minute. The louder the user is, the more points are earned. The app will keep track of the data to come up with a score, which is known as the Z-index.

In the article, Tania Adib, a consultant gynecologist at The Medical Chambers Kensington, called ZALO’s latest development “an interesting and fun new addition.”

ZALO USA President Peter Ovsonka said that he is pleased to see that the mainstream media is highlighting the many benefits of masturbation.

“We’re happy that the ZALO app was able to spark this conversation and are optimistic that it will continue to convince people to overcome the same associated with masturbation,” he said. “It’s vital that consumers became familiar with the vast benefits of self-pleasure.”
