APAC Announces Rooftop Pool Party to Benefit Performer Mental Health

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The Adult Performer Advocacy Committee (APAC) will be holding their second annual #SpreadtheLove rooftop pool party on July 13 as a fundraiser for APAC and Pineapple Support benefiting performer mental health.

Ana Foxx, Lauren Phillips, and Natalie Mars will be hosting the event.

A rep said the rooftop party “is set to be the event of the season.” #Spreadthelove will feature nighttime swimming in heated pools, a bikini red carpet, drinks, dancing and LA’s top DJs spinning all night long. “There’s no dress code,” the rep added, “but performers are encouraged to come in their coolest pineapple-inspired swimwear to shine on the bikini red carpet.”

“I’m so excited for this year’s #Spreadthelove. With the rooftop pool and bikini red carpet, it’s really going to be an epic party! Nobody, whether they’re a fan or an adult industry insider, should miss this event,” said APAC Vice President Riley Reyes.

Reyes pointed out that mental health is a vital issue to the adult community. "APAC will use our portion of the proceeds to keep offering a free support group for adult performers," added Reyes. "We know how hard it can be to find unstigmatized mental health care, so we offer a space where they can receive professional treatment that’s completely free, regardless of their insurance status. This party will help us keep that service going.”

"We are incredibly grateful for the support and friendship of APAC,” says Leya Tanit Founder and President of Pineapple Support. “Working together with other organizations that provide security and care for adult performers is the only way that together as a community, we can succeed. I’d like to give huge thanks to Riley and the team at APAC for organizing this fundraising party. Events like this help spread awareness not only to performers but on a broader scale, allowing us to provide much- needed resources to those who need them. The money raised will enable us to provide continued online therapy and educational programs for both therapists and performers."

APAC’s Second Annual #Spreadthelove event will take place on Saturday, July 13th at the W Rooftop, located at 6250 Hollywood Blvd. in the heart of Hollywood. Doors open at 9:30pm.

Industry and fans are welcome, and industry tickets are half price. Promoter Jamie Barren will be offering an early bird discount — text him at (310) 749-9029 or email him for details.

APAC is also looking for sponsors for the 2nd Annual #Spreadthelove event. Contact organizer Riley Reyes via email for sponsorship options.
