LOS ANGELES — Small Hands and Joanna Angel have set a Doom’s Whiskey tasting for Saturday, June 22 in Glendale, California.
Remedy Liquor will host the event from 5:30-8:30 p.m., which is 21-plus and will include giveaways, photo ops, bottle signings and free whiskey.
Dani Daniels, Cherie DeVille, Katrina Jade and Karla Kush are among the adult-biz luminaries set to mix-and-mingle with fans and attendees.
The branded liquor is a passion project for the power couple. "Doom’s only launched a few years ago, and since then it has developed a significant cult following," said Angel. "Remedy Liquor prides itself on carrying the finest selection of craft and small batch liquors and spirits, and we are honored that Doom’s is now one of them. It's the first liquor store in Los Angeles to pick up the product — a real milestone for a labor of love created by two people in love."
Small Hands worked as a mixologist prior to his move into adult entertainment and he created the brand’s unique blend. It is distilled and bottled in Moore, Oklahoma in small batches and aged in American white oak barrels.
“It achieves a perfect balance of alcohol and robust flavor due to being one of the few non-chilled filtered ryes on the market. Doom's whiskey balances toffee and spice notes with a hint of orange and leather,” a rep said.
"Before I got in the adult biz, as a mixologist, I was constantly looking for a rye with more proof to it and a bolder flavor for craft cocktails with a kick,” said Hands. “Joanna knew my passion for craft whiskey, and we worked together to create Doom's — a kickass rye whiskey with bold flavor and just a dash of evil. This is not your dad's rye.”
