FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Cory Chase is offering a peek into her daily morning fitness routine with the introduction of “Nude Workout with Cory.”
The live show is available Monday through Friday at 4:30 a.m. (PDT), with Chase hoping fans will rise and shine after an hour of warming-up, working out and cooling down, and she looks forward to exercising “alongside a strong group of new recruits who want to join in or simply enjoy the view.”
“After several years of requests about my daily workout routine, I’ve decided to go live on MFC Share every weekday,” said Chase, adding, “I hope folks on the West Coast are early risers!”
Chase will discuss her workouts, nutrition secrets, and daily health and fitness regimen, plus tips and tricks on how she stays so fit. After each workout, Chase will host a Q&A session with viewers.
