LOS ANGELES — The Urban X Awards today opened the pre-noms submission period for the 2019 awards program set for August 18 at the Globe Theatre in downtown Los Angeles.
Fans and industry members are invited to cast a ballot for their favorite performers, websites and pleasure products through June 3. Just one set of votes per IP address will be accepted.
