Feelmore to Accept Amazon Sex Toy Returns

OAKLAND, Calif. — Feelmore Adult has announced that it will begin to accept Amazon sex toy returns as of May 1 at its Oakland location.

In light of Kohl’s recent commitment to take Amazon-purchased returns, the adult retailer is opening its doors to customers seeking to return pleasure products.

The company, which notably offers product ordering and delivery via Postmates on its website, stated that they hope to “help reduce shame and stigma around sex toy returns,” with this latest move.

“Amazon is a great place to purchase products,” said a rep, “however, it still helps to have a place where those seeking anonymity can still maintain anonymity.”

Customers will reportedly be able to drop off products without packaging or labels for Feelmore to handle the return.

“This is a win for the Amazon customer and Feelmore as dissatisfied customers already visit Feelmore after a malfunction or a problem with the return,” said owner of Feelmore Nenna Joiner. “We want to get to our customer, even the customer that doesn’t know about us."

For more information, contact Feelmore via email or call (510) 891-0199.
