Lioness Adds Remote-Control Function Via App

BERKELEY, Calif. — Lioness, the smart rabbit vibrator that syncs with an app to track a user’s sexual pleasure, can now also be controlled remotely.

The vibe’s new in-app remote control function can be used for partner play and easier solo play. The app also allows users to see their arousal and orgasm in real time through on-screen visualizations.

The remote control feature currently only works locally via Bluetooth, however the company says it is developing an app update that will allow for it to be controlled via WiFi, which will be available later this year.

Developed by a female-led team of designers and engineers, the Lioness is a vibrator that’s designed to help women learn about their sexual likes and dislikes and share their findings.

The Lioness provides users with feedback from the vibrator’s vaginal contraction, temperature, and positioning sensors, so they can try things and immediately see how their body reacts.
