Lena Kelly to Direct 'Trans Confessions' for TransErotica

LAS VEGAS — Lena Kelly will direct “Trans Confessions,” a new DVD series and standalone website for TransErotica.

The series is intended to offer a unique perspective on trans performers and trans adult content. Each headliner will participate in a series of in-depth interviews about the challenges and significant events that have shaped and molded her life and career. Some of those encounters will then be reenacted onscreen. "Our goal is to put relatable faces on the stars and answer questions that may help to bridge a gap to understanding how brave and wonderful these ladies are," said JC, TransErotica president and managing partner.

Kelly, a rapidly rising star, made her adult industry debut in 2016. An XBIZ Awards nominee for Trans Performer of the Year, she recently earned a pair of 2019 Transgender Erotica Awards: Gender X Model of the Year and Self-Producer of the Year.

“I am very excited to be such a big part of TransErotica's dive into this type of production,” she said. “TransErotica has been home to some of the very best trans performers for years now, so it’s exciting to see this roster come together for these upcoming projects. We have some seriously amazing stuff in the works!”

Daniel Hogue, TransErotica director of operations, described Kelly as “the perfect fit” for the venture. “I had the privilege to watch her in action while shooting and was so impressed with her direction, knowledge of the backend editing procedures, and ability to articulate her vision to the talent and shooters, that I knew she was the right person to take on this project."

Further plans for “Trans Confessions” include a livestream of question-and-answer sessions with cast and crew.
