LOS ANGELES — Pineapple Support has announced that Gamma Films will help sponsor the organization at the partner level to help provide mental health resources for adult performers. Gamma joins PornHub, ModelHub, xHamster, Clips4Sale and other major adult companies committing funds and resources to the organization.
“Gamma Films Group is proud to pledge our support and sponsorship of Pineapple Support,” said Bree Mills, head of Gamma Films. “Creating a safe, caring environment that every adult performer can feel proud to be a part of should be the collective mandate of all us within the production community."
Pineapple Support was launched in 2018 by British performer Leya Tanit, and has connected over one hundred adult performers to mental health services including free and low-cost, therapy, counseling and emotional support.
“Gamma’s support will help us continue to reach performers looking for stigma-free, sex-worker-positive counseling and therapy,” Tanit said. “We thank them for their generous donation. With their support, we can help grow the organization, and find new ways to protect and support performers.”
Pineapple Support will be hosting a free Suicide Prevention Workshop for those in the adult industry this Sunday.
