Angelina Castro Celebrates 1 Million Instagram Followers With Miami Party

MIAMI — Angelina Castro will host a party Friday to celebrate crossing one million followers on Instagram.

Sara Jay’s Wyde Syde Entertainment as well as NSL Motorsports, My Cosmetic Surgery and Porto Alegre Brazilian Grill sponsor the party, set for Miami's Centro Wynwood nightclub.

"I am very proud of reaching the one-million milestone. It's very important to businesses that I promote,” Castro said. “Like a lot of girls, I had a lot of Instagram setbacks, including losing my account for a number of months. It was not easy to get it back. Over the years, I had my account disappear countless times. Hopefully, my account is finally here to stay. I reach a lot of people through Instagram and it's a crucial part of my brand and business.”

A rep notes Castro is “celebrating an entire new image for 2019, including a new fit, trim look."

Castro notes she has adopted a healthier lifestyle, with a little bit of help. “My friends at My Cosmetic Surgery said I could benefit from their help and I decided it was time for a fresh look. I am more into a healthy lifestyle than ever. No more chicken wings. I don't think I will ever qualify to win another BBW of the Year Award. I am always going to be curvy — now I'm curvy and healthy. I've been in this business for 10-plus years. It was time for something new and fresh."

In related news, Castro recently inked a pact to serve as brand ambassador for Garner’s Garden all-natural skincare and wellness products (click here for that story).
