Adam & Eve Stores Franchise Opens Flagship in Dallas

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. — Adam & Eve franchisees from Wichita Falls, Texas, and Lawton, Okla., have opened their third location in Dallas.

The new location, accessible from the Dallas North Tollway at 18900 Dallas Parkway, is part of the Adam & Eve retail store network of upscale specialty retail boutiques for men, women and couples.

The Dallas store is owned and operated by the partnership group behind the Wichita Falls and Lawton Adam & Eve stores.

“This great group of owners already operate two successful stores and are on track to open multiple stores across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex over the coming years,” said David Keegan, director of franchising for Adam & Eve Stores. “Shonda and Marcus Cleveland and Shona and Justin Jones have a solid understanding of what the Adam & Eve brand represents and what drives traffic to our stores.”

Co-owner Shona Jones said, “We are thrilled about this new location in the great city of Dallas. Our experience with our customers in other locations has taught us they love the upscale, boutique shopping atmosphere that Adam & Eve retail stores provide. The convenience of this 3,300 square-foot store just off Dallas North Tollway is key for customers — it is well-stocked with the highest quality lingerie in standard and plus sizes and has a fitting room, which is not often found in similar stores. We offer a wide selection of high quality, sex-positive adult pleasure products, bachelorette party goods and other accessories.”

Adam & Eve Stores has a storied history that dates back nearly 45 years when the company’s founders, Phil Harvey and Dr. Timothy Black, became the leader in promoting birth control services through non-medical channels. The original mail order business provided family planning, health care and sex education materials to nine developing nations in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Today, Adam & Eve stores provides discerning adults with a wide range of products including a full line of lingerie and other soft goods.

“We pride ourselves on an elevated, personalized and custom approach to the customer experience,” added Shonda Cleveland, co-owner. “All of our sales associates in Dallas are excited to help our customers discover their inner desires in this upscale boutique environment.”
