CYBERSPACE — Australian production label Lightsouthern has wrapped production on a film for the XConfessions label with Erika Lust.
“The film, featuring real-life couple Oliver and Verde, follows the ultimate van life hippie couple living out their travel dreams. Lightsouthern explores what happens when the sun falls and what people do when not posting their best life on social media — we discover it can be very different,” a rep said.
“I felt a lot of pressure doing this film, even though it is only 15 minutes long,” said director Michelle Flynn. “I really needed it to be the best Aussie debut possible. The casting was on-point; these two performers really didn’t need to perform at all, which made the experience beautiful and authentic. Going back to our roots, we shot 100% outdoors in the Aussie bush and coast.”
