COACHELLA, Calif. — Chicas Gentlemen’s Club, a topless strip club serving liquor in Coachella, Calif., has been listed for sale.
The club — located in the Southern California desert town well known for the Coachella and Stagecoach music festival, two cansinos and close to a future hotel down the street — has an asking price of $895,000, which includes its permits.
Nadya, a spokesperson for the club, said the reason for selling is the owner’s personal health. She said the seller may finance the sale of the club, which has a maximum occupancy of 350.
Chicas, which opened in March, is the only gentlemen club in the East Palm Springs Valley and Coachella Valley.
The 8,500-square-feet building is fully furnished and has a professional stage with two dancing poles and lights, as well as new sound system.
Nadya said that current staff includes a manager, two bartenders, two servers and 15 female dancers.
