TURNERSVILLE, N.J. — The Fantasy Gifts store in New Jersey sponsored a sexy bingo this past Sunday night to raise funds for Living Beyond Breast Cancer, a Pennsylvania-based organization that provides programs and services to help people whose lives have been impacted by breast cancer.
According to a rep, the store is normally closed on Sunday nights but last night it opened its doors for a ticketed event to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer.
“As a female owned and operated store dedicated to sexual wellness, women’s reproductive health issues naturally are a cause near and dear to our hearts,” said Dee Bertino, owner of Fantasy Gifts NJ. “Breast cancer survivors often come to us looking for guidance in dealing with issues relating to cancer and sexuality, such as a decrease in libido or vaginal dryness. We are only to happy to help a wonderful organization such as Living Beyond Breast Cancer.”
The store was filled to capacity as attendees lined up to play sexy bingo. For a $10 donation to Living Beyond Breast Cancer, attendees received a cute pink goody bag filled with all sorts of surprises provided by System JO lubricants and Classic Erotica. Every round was a winner and the lucky player got their choice of gift baskets with prizes donated by Pipedream, Williams Trading and Evolved Novelties. Each basket had a retail value of $100. Attendees further donated to the cause by purchasing raffle tickets to win a grand prize basket with a retail value of $350.
Fantasy Gifts NJ has been playing sexy bingo in local New Jersey venues such as Sharky’s and 814 South Pub and Kitchen for the last five years.
According to a rep, the events are wildly popular, not only for the chance to win great prizes but also to hear Nicole Runquist, the lead singer of Aftershock, lead the crowd in a hilarious, slightly off color, adult version of bingo.
The events are coordinated by Fantasy Gifts NJ manager, Kathy Randazzo.
“Playing sexy bingo is always a fun night not only for the crowd, but for us as well,” Randazzo said. “This isn’t your grandmother’s bingo — although she may like to join us! We also play fun party games to really keep the crowd entertained.”
Fantasy Gifts NJ also recently sponsored sexy bingo events at Rowan University to benefit the Trevor Project and is sponsoring Stockton University‘s upcoming sexy bingo to benefit South Jersey AIDS Alliance.
