The newspaper said of her hosting and dancing appearance on Tuesday at Prive: "At Privé the same day, 'Stars, Stripes and Strippers' with a performance by, er, Courtney Cummz. Since when did the Fourth become so frisky?"
"I'm already here," Cummz said. "I love Miami. I wanted to get here a few days early and hang out with my people, but Tuesday night there is only one place I'm going to be. — at Privé. I'm dancing there and will be partying all night."
The Miami Herald made the note of the event in its listings of spots to party this holiday.
"Having the last name of ' Cummz' tends to catch people off guard," Courtney said. "What can I say … if you have seen any of my movies, you know I cum a lot."
Cummz then returns to Los Angeles to prep for her new DVD. This month, she will be helming the second installment of her series for Zero Tolerance, "Courtney's Pussycats 2."
Privé is located at 136 Collins Ave., Miami, Fla.
