Braun chose adult performer Sasha Grey to headline the cast of his first project for Teravision.

Known for quoting Nietzsche and Goddard between double-anals, Grey is the focus of the "Taste" segment of "Stimula," and delivers a performance with one of Braun's favorite male performers, Jay Lassiter.
"I talked a lot with Axel before the scene," Grey said. "He's definitely not your average porn director. His focus is never on how many minutes, how many positions; he wants it real, he wants it nasty and he wants it hot. He asked me to pick my role, and I was in the mood to be dominant, but since Jay is not exactly the submissive kind, it created a very intriguing sexual tension. I believe we did the whole scene in one shot, without stopping once."
