LOS ANGELES – Sex Workers Outreach Program Los Angeles (SWOP-LA) is planning “Whore Wagon,” a inaugural fundraiser whose proceeds will directly benefit the organization.
A rep described “Whore Wagon” as “ ‘Debbie Does Dallas’ with a taste of ‘Brokeback Mountain.’ The evening is going to be a grain silo full of amazing entertainment by the likes of Zooey Zara, of Kink.com, and Bella Bathory, the sadist in pink, and more. This isn’t just a party, but a party with a purpose. We will have free HIV testing on-site, voter registration, a SWOP table where you can learn more about what we do, and resources available for those in the sex industry.”

The fundraiser is set for Sunday, from 6-11 p.m. at Akbar in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles (click here).
