NEW YORK — YouPorn announced today the integration of Modelhub, a marketplace for adult models to securely sell and share original video content, onto its platform.
Modelhub offers amateurs and professional models alike the opportunity to monetize their original content. The marketplace debuted in June.
Modelhub’s expansion to YouPorn offers creators the ability to reach a larger audience from around the world, said Charlie Hughes, vice president of YouPorn.
Hughes said YouPorn’s global base of users is a natural fit for expanding the Modelhub marketplace, empowering more models to distribute their original content and ensure their compensation for their unique videos, creativity and intellectual property.
Modelhub performers can continue to monetize videos through free streaming access on YouPorn, making 80 percent or more of ad revenue generated by their content, as well as offer paid downloads directly from the YouPorn interface, Hughes said.
